eyeP Media appoints Roger Heise as Managing Director

Before joining Ascend, Roger managed his own company, Heise Datenkommunikations GmbH, which assisted companies in the IT industry to successfully enter the German marketplace. Prior to this, he spent 20 years at software companies.

Roger has an M.A. in Electrical Sciences from Cambridge University in England and is an associate member of the IEEE.

Roger's role is to further strengthen eyeP Media as the leading supplier of Multi-Media Softphones for Service Providers and OEM Manufacturers.

The availability of these pre-configured FWD video softphones significantly expands the calling options of FWD members worldwide.

The FWD eyeP Video Phone is a softphone application dedicated for use with the FWD telephony service. eyeP Media raises US$ 2 Million funding led by Endeavour LP Strengthens eyeP Media?s VoIP Leadership Position

The lead investor was Endeavour LP and the funding included other private investors.
