Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland ? August 21st, 2006 ? eyeP Media would like to introduce and welcome Mr Jean-Pierre Baudouin as new CEO.

We are extremely excited about Jean-Pierre taking this key position with EyeP Media. With his previous role as Senior Director and General Manager, Jean-Pierre has proven to be extremely effective in creating, running and developing high-growth businesses. Jean-Pierre’s solid experience will be particularly relevant as we expand our relationship with customers, partners and stakeholders. We are convinced that his strong track record of deal-making and partnership development achievements will significantly impact EyeP Media in order to develop further our relationship with you.

Jean-Pierre Baudouin is a seasoned telecommunications executive with over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and product-development, engineering and merger and acquisitions strategies. Prior to joining EyeP Media SA, Jean-Pierre was Senior Director and General Manager at Sun Microsystems, where he successively led the Global Telecommunications Software Group and the EMEA Professional Services. Jean-Pierre also worked at Hewlett Packard in Executive Positions in both Europe and the United States.

eyeP Media launches a new soft client enabling voice over IP communications over Windows Mobile 5.0 based Dual Mode (GSM & WiFi) mobile phones.

Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland ? June 1st, 2006 ? eyeP Media, a leading supplier of Voice & Video applications over IP, has announced the availability of their of new soft client enabling VoIP (voice over IP) communications over Windows Mobile 5.0 based Dual Mode (GSM/Wi-Fi) Mobile phones.

The new smart softphone client enables users to place and receive SIP based VoIP calls on their dual-mode handset when they are in a Wi-Fi zone. The client is designed to ensure total transparency for the user. It will automatically log on to the SIP server as soon as it is connected to Wi-Fi hotspot and the user can then use the standard features of the handset to make and receive calls over Wi-Fi or over GSM. The client is based on the widely used eyeP Media Software Development Kits supporting a wide range of features and audio codecs to ensure an excellent sound quality. The same SDKs are today in use by major equipment vendors and operators around the world in deployments of their own PC based VoIP soft clients and other Voice & Video applications.

With this new soft client for dual-mode mobile phones, eyeP Media provides network operators the means to pave the way to Fixed Mobile Convergence and thereby answer the ever growing demand from their customers to communicate whilst on the move. This trend is clearly shown by the recent prediction in a press release by the wireless research company ON World, of over 100 million consumer mobile VoIP users in 2011.

"The EPOC-FMC is based on our well proven EPOC desktop soft phone product, and it inherits the design robustness and all the work we have done over the past years in sound quality. The two clients along with our provisioning and management tool OAMP, gives a total managed solution for FMC.

Tekelec licenses eyeP Media?s SIP eyeP Phone SDK to develop a VoIP and Video Softphone for the Tekelec 6000 VoIP Application Server

Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland ? March 16th, 2006 ? eyeP Media, a worldwide leading provider of high-quality interactive IP-based voice and video software development toolkits and system kernels for integrating multimedia into IP network applications, announced today that Tekelec has licensed eyeP Media?s SIP eyeP Phone SDK software to develop voice and video-enabled softphone applications for integration and deployment with the Tekelec 6000 VoIP Application Server.

eyeP Media launched its new SIP Client

Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland ? January 6th, 2006 ? eyeP Media released in November the first version of its new SIP client that supports voice and video. Messaging and presence will be provided in the next release. This eyeP Phone OEM Client (EPOC) has been especially designed to be easily customizable.  Customers can change in-house the branding, the look and feel, add features and make adaptations so that it integrates well in their network, provisioning and customer care infrastructure.

The software contains a number of plug-ins that can easily be redesigned to interface between the core logic and the outside infrastructure. The Graphical User Interface is also independent of the core. EPOC runs on the well proven eyeP Media Phone SDK and supports a wide range of audio and codecs. This first release runs on MS Windows, but as for all other eyeP Media products, it is well prepared to be ported to other devices and operating systems such as Windows CE, Symbian, Linux, etc.

According to Alain Sturzenegger, CTO of eyeP Media, ?EPOC is a strong platform that will be further developed to enhance our softclients. The next releases will support more features to respond to the needs of enterprises, call centers and others. We will also allow it to be integrated in other applications such as the MS Office Suite. And we will implement the latest security standards.?
