What is the licensing scheme for eyeP Media products ? |
|
Licensing comes with an upfront fee that includes maintenance and support, plus runtime licenses for deployment which could be:
- Per copy
pay a one time fee for every installed copy of the application you develop, or
- Per concurrent call
unlimited number of copies, but pay a one time fee for every network port/channel. Good for applications with many downloads, but low usage per download.
In case of large volumes eyeP Media is ready to consider other business models.

Can I purchase a single user license ? |
|
eyeP Media has a business to business model, the minimum order quantity is 50 runtime licenses. This applies to all eyeP Media products.
eyeP Media's softphone applications can be purchased as single units directly from the resellers that are listed in our partner pages.

Could I use commercial CODECs with concurrent call runtime licensing ? |
|
eyeP Media is open to discuss such a case. However, appropriate technical and commercial agreements have to be put into place.
