Can I hear the voice in my headset/handset but hear the ring tones on my desktop speaker ? |
|
Yes. By default the softphone plays the ring tone on the selected Windows default device which is at first the desktop speaker. The reason of this implementation it that we assume that you do not carry your headset all the time, so you may miss incoming calls.
If you wish to change this, you may set your headset/handset as the Windows default device. |
