The OAMP solution provided by eyeP Media consists in an open XML based OAMP scheme and is available with all eyeP Media products. The most common model used is based on an HTTP/HTTPS server (for example, the Apache server). |

What are the benefits of the OAMPML solution ? |
|
Using a remote provisioning system based on HTTP and XML technologies, the service provider or network manager can easily operate, administrate, manage and provision (OAMP) our products. These are some of the things you can do:
- Provision new users based on a user name and password scheme.
- Control on the fly and set centrally over 150 parameters of the softphone to make it optimally work.
- Manage upgrades (required or optional mode), network changes (like the SIP proxy address) or billing (if a billing feature is provided, parameters may update customers' balance after each call).
- Switch on/off subscribers.
- Communicate with your customers by displaying a banner window which can contain news, advertisement or information (including images or sounds).
One of the key benefit with our OAMPML solution consists in easily interacting with your legacy infrastructure, like your softswitch server or your billing server, through standard protocols (SOAP, HTTP, ...).
